Trial, subscription, and billing
Orchestrate Health has one plan with every feature, billed annually or monthly, for practices of up to 15 physicians. A 14-day free trial gives full access first, with no card needed.
- Know how long your trial has left.
- Subscribe, or update your payment method and invoices.
- Plan for what happens if a trial or subscription ends.
How to do it
- 1
Start the trial
The trial starts when your account is activated, either as you create it or when you click the confirmation link in your email. It runs for 14 days with every feature.
- 2
Track the time left
A “Free Trial Active” notice shows the time left once per browser session. Choose “Continue to app” to close it. An amber “Free trial: … remaining” banner stays above the scheduler, and the account menu shows “Trial Account” with the time left.
- 3
Open the pricing page
Choose “Subscribe” on the trial banner, or “Subscribe Now” in the account menu or in Account Settings. The pricing page has one plan with an Annual and Monthly switch. Annual is selected first and costs less per month.
- 4
Subscribe
Choose “Get started”. Checkout is handled by Stripe, where a one-time setup fee is added and you can enter a promotion code. After paying you return to the scheduler. If you are not signed in, you are asked to create an account first.
- 5
Manage billing
Once subscribed, choose “Manage Subscription” in Account Settings or in the account menu. It opens the Stripe billing portal, where your payment method, invoices, and cancellation are handled.
- 6
Check your status
The “Subscription” section of Account Settings says “You are on a free 14-day trial.”, “You have an active subscription.”, or “No active subscription.”
Good to know
- When a trial or subscription ends, opening the scheduler takes you to the access pending page. Your schedules are not deleted, and subscribing picks up where you left off.
- Account Settings stays reachable from the gear icon while access is lapsed, and shows “View Plans” so you can subscribe from there.
- Share links, the On Call page, and calendar subscriptions keep serving the last saved schedule while access is lapsed. They are managed from inside the scheduler, so remove any link you want taken down before access ends.
- The 15-physician limit is the same during the trial and on the paid plan.
