4. Clinic Data and Confidentiality
We do not store Protected Health Information (PHI) and the Service is not intended for direct entry of patient information. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter complies with applicable laws and does not include PHI unless otherwise stated and protected.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes but is not limited to attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer our software, or bypass access controls.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all associated software and content, is the exclusive property of Chappo Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
